This low-growing, almost stemless succulent is easily recognizable by the pearly white warts that densely cover the dark green leaves.
Eventually, it can form large clusters.
A problem with this succulent is that there are so many hybrids between species, variability and differences between young and adult plants, that it becomes almost impossible to distinguish many forms from each other.
